  • Abctab2ps uses the clefs function in an ingenious way to produce various sorts of tablature. In addition it's a full-fledged version of abc2ps able to do anything abc2ps can do.

  • In addition to supporting lute tablature, abctab2ps also has better support for early-music-related notations like long note values than some of the other abc2ps relatives.
