I have been using this program for storing and printing fiddle tunes for several years now and it does what it does very well and gives high quality printouts. You have to pay the shareware fee for the license to get the printouts. I emailed Jim vint when I first got it and he had no plans then to do any upgrades to it. It does have a few annoying glitches like not being very lyric friendly but you can do it, you just have to be creative and treat them as if they were guitar chords and then play with the line spacing. It also won't save tune medley sheets in the notation format, which would be really helpful. Other than those and a few other small things, I still like using this program. It has a good help sheet, allows you to play tunes even on my laptop which does not have a sound card because it uses DOS to play the tunes and just uses the native speaker capabilities. Not pretty but it is effective for checking tune entries. I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5, especially if all you want to do is enter and archive tunes. Then it's free.

Great for tunes. Output is attractive and can be altered to a certain degree(fonts, placement of headers,etc.) It does not handle songs or multiple voices. The author did not indicate that any updates are in progress. Great with ABCmus for dealing with fiddle tune files.
